My First Video Post

I am posting this video for my new media class. This is the first time I have ever posted a video online, it is also my first experience with a blog. The objective of this video was to create a short show and tell piece, so I decided to film my grandfather's house near the water and my sailboat. I am fairly pleased with how this piece came out, but I definitely regret not writing out a full script before filming because I feel like I am rambling in my standup. I also wish I had stood closer to the camera, it is kind of awkward how far back I am. Otherwise, I enjoyed using Final Cut Pro again, this project is the first time I have used the software in a while. I learned how to use it last year in my broadcast news class, but have not done much with it since.
